Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Video Editor at LYFeX.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the content and production teams to edit live session recordings, promotional clips, and social media assets that highlight real-time conversations and community engagement. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and trimming footage, adding transitions and audio enhancements, applying color grading, and incorporating motion graphics or visual elements that align with LYFeX’s brand.



The role also involves optimizing video formats for multiple platforms, collaborating on creative concepts, and meeting agreed-upon deadlines for deliverables.

The Freelance Video

Editor is expected to manage their own schedule while maintaining explicit communication with the team in a remote environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital platforms.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and engaging visual quality.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create dynamic overlays, titles, and visual enhancements.
Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
Familiarity with content for live streaming, social media platforms, and community-driven environments is a plus.
Robust attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and clear communication skills are essential.
