About the Role

We are looking for an Escrow Operations Executive to manage day-to-day escrow and transaction operations, coordinate with internal teams, handle banking activities, maintain transaction records, and ensure timely execution of operational requests.

Key Responsibilities
Understand and manage the working and operations of Escrow Accounts.
Prepare and maintain transaction synopsis and monitor key events and activities for each transaction.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Accounts, and other cross-functional teams for transaction execution and compliance.
Perform ERP data entry, including document uploads, payment schedules, payment confirmations, and transaction-related entries.
Handle and coordinate bank fund transfers as per approved instructions.
Manage invoice clearance and POA-related activities.
Maintain and coordinate custody records and document lists across Stock Holding, office, and other locations.
Process custody letters and maintain relevant documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of operational and transaction-related records.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational data.




Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
Maintain the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for customer requests and issues.
Perform other operational responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills
Basic to good understanding of Escrow Accounts and Banking Operations.
Solid MIS and Data Processing skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet defined TAT.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with backgrounds in Finance, Banking, Commerce, or Operations will be preferred.
1–4 years of experience in Escrow Operations, Banking Operations, NBFC, Financial Services, Trustee Operations, or similar operational roles.
Candidates with experience in fund transfers, transaction processing, MIS, custody/document management, or banking operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
