?️ Must-Have Skills

✅ Basic understanding of Adult Learning Principles & Instructional Design

✅ Solid written and verbal communication

✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel

✅ Experience through internship, academics, or work in creating learning/training content

✅ Familiarity with LMS platforms

✅ Exposure to authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline,



Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools

✅ Experience creating presentations, multimedia content, or educational resources

✅ Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning practices
