Qualifications
Interest in game development and a robust motivation to learn and grow within a collaborative, volunteer-based studio environment.




Basic familiarity with at least one game development discipline (such as programming, art, design, writing, audio, or QA), with a willingness to build skills through practice and feedback.
Comfort working remotely, including reliable internet access, effective time management, and transparent communication through digital tools.
Ability to work respectfully in diverse teams, share ideas openly, and respond constructively to critique.
Any prior experience with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal), version control, or creative collaboration is beneficial but not required.
Portfolio pieces, personal projects, game jams, or coursework demonstrating relevant skills are a plus.
