Key Responsibilities
Staff Management
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of floor staff.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance.
Schedule shifts, allocate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Customer Service
Ensure that staff delivers high-quality customer service.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Foster a customer-focused atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
Sales Management
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to make informed decisions.
Promote products and services effectively to enhance customer engagement.
Inventory Control
Oversee stock management, including inventory tracking, ordering, and replenishment.
Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.




Operational Oversight
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the establishment.
Implement standard operating procedures and best practices for efficiency.
Team Leadership
Encourage teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Recognize and reward exceptional performance to boost morale.
Resolve conflicts and promote a positive work workplace.
Reporting
Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and customer feedback for upper management.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹11,929.52 - ₹38,983.60 per month
