Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to develop visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, layout, and branding, along with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.

Key Responsibilities
Create designs for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Develop creative concepts and visual assets based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and other teams to understand design requirements.
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all communication materials.
Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and other visual assets as required.
Prepare final artwork in appropriate formats for digital and print use.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication,



Fine Arts, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant design experience; freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design tools.
Knowledge of Figma and Canva is an advantage.
Robust understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
Motion graphics/video editing knowledge.
Basic understanding of UI/UX design.
Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
Understanding of branding and visual identity.
