Department & Role: Adhesive – Direct Sales Representative (DSR)

Location: Kottakal (Malappuram)

Salary: ₹21,500/month + TA + Incentives (Inhand)

Job Purpose To drive demand and sales for adhesive products such as Trugrip Ultra, Loctite range, and Masking Tapes by expanding market reach and strengthening distribution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop recent business by onboarding plywood and hardware shops outside the existing dealer network.
Promote and sell Loctite and other adhesive products through retail channels.
Engage with end users (carpenters, furniture manufacturers, etc.) to generate leads and drive product usage.
Ensure proper product availability, stocking, and re-ordering within the dealer network.




Drive secondary sales and liquidation through retailers and distributors.
Conduct market visits, collect insights, and share regular reports.
Organize and participate in marketing activities like shop meets and carpenter meets.

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good market knowledge and customer handling ability
Willingness to travel locally
Valuable communication and reporting skills
Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)
