Direct Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Direct Sales Executive to generate new business, meet customers, explain products/services, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales activities.
Explain products and services to customers and understand their requirements.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Visit customers or business locations when required.




Coordinate with the sales team to improve business prospects.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

Job Type: Full time Experience: 0–2 years

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

Salary: as per company rule

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
