Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Executive Chef with deep expertise in Continental, Indian, and Chinese cuisines. In this role, you will lead our culinary operations—from managing high-volume buffets for corporate offsites to crafting à la carte dining menus for resort staycationers and special events.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Cuisine Menu Management: Design, innovate, and standardize menus across Continental, North/South Indian, and Chinese cuisines to cater to day-out packages, corporate buffets, and private events.
Kitchen Leadership & Operations: Oversee all daily kitchen workflows, ensuring consistent food quality, speed of service, and impressive presentation.
Cost & Inventory Control: Manage food costs, optimize portion control, track inventory, minimize food waste,



and coordinate with vendors for quality ingredients.
Hygiene & Safety Standards: Enforce strict health, sanitation, safety, and FSSAI guidelines across all food preparation and storage areas.
Team Mentorship: Hire, train, schedule, and lead station chefs and line cooks, fostering a cooperative and efficient kitchen setting.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of culinary experience with proven leadership experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a resort or high-volume hotel setting.
Specialization: Demonstrated mastery in Continental, Indian, and Chinese cuisines.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred.
Certifications: Valid Food Safety & Hygiene certification (FSSAI/ServSafe).
Key Skills: Solid leadership, budget management, high-volume event catering, menu costing, and crisis management under peak guest pressure.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
