Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Employee Engagement Manager to plan and execute initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, communication, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Organize celebrations, team-building activities, employee recognition programs, festivals, and internal events.
Coordinate with various departments to understand employee requirements and engagement needs.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and collect feedback.
Analyze employee feedback and suggest initiatives to improve employee experience.
Support internal communication initiatives and ensure effective communication of HR activities.
Maintain records and MIS related to engagement activities, participation, and feedback.
Coordinate with external vendors for events, activities, gifts, and employee engagement requirements.
Assist in employee welfare and employee experience initiatives.
Support HR in developing a positive and collaborative workplace culture.




Prepare regular reports and presentations on employee engagement activities and outcomes.

Education & Experience
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
Experience: 1–4 years in Employee Engagement, HR, HR Operations, Events, or a related role.
Experience in the real estate / corporate sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
