Hiring for Financial Controller based in Mumbai to support the corporate finance function for a portfolio of highway infrastructure assets. The role will be responsible for driving audit closures, coordinating closely with finance teams across multiple SPVs, reviewing financial processes and controls, ensuring timely completion of period-end closing activities, and validating trial balances and financial statements. The ideal candidate should have solid controllership experience, sound knowledge of accounting and audit practices, experience working with multiple legal entities/SPVs, and the ability to engage effectively with finance stakeholders across locations.

Prior exposure to infrastructure, roads, EPC, or asset-heavy businesses would be preferred.

Key profile indicators:
5+ years of finance controllership experience
CA preferred
Robust audit closure and statutory reporting experience
Experience handling multiple SPVs/legal entities
