Manage daily F&B; operations and ensure smooth service.
Handle guests and resolve queries/complaints.
Supervise staff, grooming, hygiene & SOP compliance.
Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments.

Preferred candidate profile
24 years experience in F&B;/Restaurant operations.
Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification preferred.
