Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical systems, equipment, and processes to ensure effective production, compliance with quality standards, and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Design & Development: Create and improve mechanical systems, tools, and equipment for manufacturing processes.
Production Support: Provide technical expertise to resolve mechanical issues during production.
Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing and cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical failures.




Documentation: Prepare technical reports, drawings, and manuals for equipment and processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and R&D; teams to achieve manufacturing goals.

Candidate Profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
Solid knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and mechanical design principles.
Familiarity with GMP, safety standards, and ISO compliance.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
