Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a solid sales pipeline for Alitemat’s outsourcing and consulting services. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, engage prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, and maintain relationships with existing accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, and tracking performance metrics to support business growth. The role also requires regular reporting to management, participation in business events or client meetings, and active contribution to overall sales strategy execution.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying prospects and creating growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic sales planning, CRM usage, and pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in business development or sales, ideally in outsourcing, HR, or technology services, is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with on-site work in Chennai, including client visits and in-person meetings as required.
