The Role

We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team on a fully remote, work-from-home basis. You'll work Australian business hours alongside our Sydney-based team, contributing to a platform that's actively used by healthcare professionals across the country.

This is a genuine work-from-home prospect no commute, no office politics, just good engineering work with a team that trusts you to own your craft.

What you'll be doing
Building and maintaining features across our React front end and C#/Java back-end services
Working with SQL Server (Azure-native) to design and optimise data models
Deploying and supporting applications hosted on Microsoft Azure
Collaborating closely with our Sydney-based product and engineering team during Australian business hours
Writing clean, tested, maintainable code and participating in code reviews
Troubleshooting issues across the stack, from UI quirks to backend performance

What we're looking for
3–5 years of professional experience as a full stack (or strong backend/frontend hybrid) developer




Solid experience with React for front-end development
Working proficiency in C# and/or Java for backend development
Experience with SQL Server, ideally in an Azure workplace
Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team
Strong written communication skills — you'll be collaborating async and live with a team in a different time zone
A reliable internet connection and a home setup suited to focused, skilled work

Nice to have
Experience in health tech, or a regulated industry where data integrity matters
Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure-as-Code
Familiarity with RESTful API design and microservices patterns
