Build features across the AthElite products and client engagements
Own quality: tests, code review, and the deploy that ships your work
Carry context after launch — support and iterate on what you built
Tell us when something is the wrong thing to build

You

What we're looking for
Solid TypeScript, and production experience with React/Next.js or Node.js
Comfort owning a feature from written scope to production, including the unglamorous parts (tests, monitoring, failure paths)
SQL fundamentals — you can design a schema and explain your indexes
Plain written English; honest about estimates and about what you do not know
