Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and responsible Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to provide personal care and day-to-day support to elderly and dependent individuals. The role involves assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, comfort and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Support residents with diaper changes and other personal care needs.
Assist with positioning, turning and transferring from bed to chair/wheelchair.
Support residents with walking and mobility activities.
Serve meals and assist with feeding as required.
Ensure residents remain hydrated and comfortable.
Observe and report any changes in the resident’s physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
Maintain basic care, feeding and other relevant records.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around residents and their surroundings.
Follow infection control and safety practices.




Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly residents.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and immediately inform the nursing/clinical team.

Candidate Requirements
10th Pass or above
Freshers can apply
Previous experience in patient care, elderly care, hospital support or caregiving will be an advantage
GDA / Caregiving qualification is not mandatory
Physically fit and comfortable assisting elderly/dependent individuals
Patient, compassionate and responsible
Positive communication skills and willingness to work as part of a care team

Preferred Candidates with experience as a caregiver, patient care assistant, nursing assistant, hospital attendant, ward attendant or in elderly/senior care are welcome to apply.

Work Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
