Role Overview

We're looking for an HR Manager who can own the complete employee lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, culture, performance and compliance — and help build a disciplined, professional and growth-oriented workplace as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout
- Own onboarding and induction for new hires, including orientation sessions
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management and payroll inputs
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs and employee handbook
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
- Drive performance review cycles and goal-setting processes
- Build and reinforce company culture — professionalism, discipline, communication standards
- Plan engagement activities, training sessions and skill-development initiatives




- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws applicable to the office)
- Coordinate with founder/leadership on hiring plans and org structure
- Manage exit formalities — full & final settlement, exit interviews

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a services firm, CA firm, or rapid-growing startup
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll basics and labour compliance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with maturity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Good to Have

- Prior HR experience in a professional services / CA-CS / fintech firm
- Experience designing onboarding or culture-building programs

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
