- Conduct live, interactive online HR training sessions.
- Train students on Indian HR practices, payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Explain HR processes using real-world examples and scenarios.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in India.
- Any Graduate.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Malayalam.
- Prior training/teaching experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian HR practices and processes.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
