Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhamnod, responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and employee lifecycle processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and onboarding, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role involves administering payroll and benefits, handling employee relations, and supporting performance management and appraisal systems.

The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to design training and development initiatives,



ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This position also requires regularly reviewing HR metrics, supporting workforce planning, and contributing to strategic HR projects that align with the company’s growth and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
- Experience in performance management, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of payroll administration, perks management, and compensation practices.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policy development in the Indian context.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across teams and levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and use HRIS or related HR software tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industries.
