Role Description The HR Manager role at MAXXFIN Operational Consultancy is a full-time, in office position based in Nilambur. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation for both internal teams and client-facing projects.

Responsibilities include designing and updating HR processes and SOPs, coordinating staffing plans for QSR and restaurant clients, and supporting training programs that align with operational and financial systems. The role involves managing payroll and basic HR analytics, ensuring compliance with labor regulations,



and maintaining accurate HR documentation. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with consultants and leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and support scalable, system-driven growth.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in performance management, including setting role expectations, designing appraisal processes, and supporting incentive frameworks.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law basics, and compliance practices relevant to multi-outlet or retail/QSR environments.
- Ability to support training and development initiatives, including SOP-based training, store team training, and soft skills development.
- Competence in HR analytics and reporting, including attendance, turnover, basic payroll coordination, and HR dashboards.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with consultants, founders, and client teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in HR roles within consulting, QSR, hospitality, or retail sectors is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nilambur and adapt to a fast-paced, systems-driven environment focused on scalable growth.
