We are looking for someone who can join us immediately. Our work location is LB Nagar, Hyderabad. Please apply only if you are willing to work at LB Nagar 6 days a week. Second and fourth Saturday are off.
POSITION SUMMARY The HR Executive will support the full spectrum of human resources functions at Explicit Thermal Energy (OPC) Private Limited, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a sound understanding of HR practices, who is committed to building a people-first culture in a high-growth energy services organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for field, technical, and corporate roles across sales, engineering, and service functions.
- Draft and publish job postings on appropriate platforms; coordinate screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate with department heads for technical rounds.
- Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners.
- Maintain and update the employee database and personnel files.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Administer the complete employee lifecycle from induction through exit, including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Coordinate and track probation reviews, performance appraisal cycles, and increment processes.
- Manage the employee exit process, including resignation acceptance, full & final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, HRIS data, and documentation at all times.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, deductions, and variable components.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Gratuity.
- Liaise with payroll vendors or accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Maintain and file statutory registers and returns as required under the Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable legislation.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and welfare programmes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and facilitate timely and fair resolution.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture aligned with the company's values.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, the employee handbook, and internal communication channels.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs in consultation with department heads and coordinate relevant learning interventions.
- Organise induction training, safety awareness sessions, and skill development programmes for field and office staff.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes conducted.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain attendance and leave management systems and generate periodic MIS reports for management.
- Assist in framing, reviewing, and updating HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support audits, due diligence processes, and any HR-related regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on workforce planning and organisational requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education
- Any Bachelor's degree
Experience
- 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
- Prior experience in an industrial, EPC, energy, or field-operations organisation is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical Skills
- Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity), and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS / HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with payroll processing and familiarity with tools such as Zoho People, GreytHR, or equivalent.
- Ability to draft HR communications, policies, and official correspondence with clarity and professionalism.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
