A secure parent portal, configurable mastery detection and center-wide analytics help teams track progress and manage workloads transparently.

The Bodhana Care Assessments suite provides structured screening for children, teens and adults, with AI-guided package selection and reports reviewed and signed by empanelled RCI psychologists.

Bodhana Care is developed by Flowtix Solutions LLP, with India-first data hosting and privacy-conscious processes designed with DPDPA requirements in mind.

About the Opportunity

Bodhana Care is building a network of qualified therapy professionals who want to provide home-based therapy services and build their own professional practice.

This is not an employment position.

We are inviting therapists to join the Bodhana Care Therapy Partner Network and use Bodhana Care Therapy Management to digitally manage their own clients, therapy sessions and professional practice.

Therapists remain independent professionals and can provide services based on their own availability, preferred service areas and professional specialization.

Who Can Join?

Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualification,



certification or training in your respective therapy or allied-health field.
- Practical experience in delivering therapy or developmental interventions appropriate to your professional specialization.
- Ability to plan and conduct structured therapy sessions in a client's home environment.
- Ability to establish therapy goals and monitor client progress within your professional scope.
- Good communication skills for working with children, parents and caregivers.
- Ability to maintain appropriate therapy documentation and session records.
- Comfortable using digital tools for client profiles, scheduling, session documentation and communication.
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, child safety and appropriate consent practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage your availability and appointments reliably.
- Prior experience in therapy centers, schools, clinics or community/home-based services is an advantage.
