We're looking for 15 energetic telecallers to connect with merchants across the US West Coast. If you're comfortable with night hours and confident on a call, we'd like to hear from you.

Shift: Approx. 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST (aligned to US Pacific business hours)

Location: Remote — work from anywhere in India

Openings: 15

What you'll do

- Make outbound calls to merchants based on the US West Coast, primarily of Indian origin
- Introduce our Merchant Services clearly and handle basic queries
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
- Meet daily call and connect targets

What we're looking for

- Fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent and good listening skills
- Comfortable working night shifts on a consistent basis
- Freshers may apply — 1+ year of experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales is a strong advantage
- Ability to stay polite and composed through rejections

Working Hindi, Gujarati, or Punjabi is a plus,



as many of our customers prefer speaking in their mother tongue.

Must have (mandatory)

- Own laptop in good working condition
- Stable, high-speed internet connection (a backup connection is preferred)
- Positive quality headset with a clear microphone — preferably noise-cancelling
- A quiet space to take calls

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹5,000 for every customer acquired — uncapped
- Strong performers can realistically double or triple their monthly earnings
