Qualifications

Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review staffing metrics, interpret recruitment data, and recommend improvements to client strategies.
Experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing,



or talent acquisition, particularly within clinical or allied health settings, is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
Proficiency with CRM or ATS tools and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, video conferencing platforms) is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
