We are looking for a warm, confident, and well-presented Guest Relations Manager to be the face of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure every guest receives a welcoming, attentive, and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage guest arrivals, seating, and table coordination.
Assist guests with menu-related queries and provide recommendations when required.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Maintain solid relationships with regular and VIP guests.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Assist with reservations and special occasions.
Ensure the restaurant’s hospitality and service standards are consistently maintained.
Represent the brand professionally and create a positive first impression.

Requirements
Previous experience in guest relations,



hospitality, front office, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service orientation.
Well-groomed and professionally presented.
Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
Positive problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable communicating with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of restaurant operations is an advantage.
