Role & responsibilities -
OPD Management: Conduct daily Gynaecological and Obstetric Outpatient consultations, diagnose illnesses, and formulate treatment plans.
Ultrasonography (USG): Perform routine Obstetric and Gynaecological ultrasound scans (Fetal Monitoring, Pelvic USG, etc.).
Obstetric Care &
Deliveries:

Manage normal vaginal deliveries, assist in or independently perform instrumental deliveries and Caesarean sections (C-Sections) under senior supervision.
Inpatient &
Ward Management:

Oversee patient admission, ward rounds, post-operative care, and emergency triage in the Labour Room / Maternity Ward.
Procedures &
Assistance:

Assist senior Gynaecologists in minor/major surgical procedures (Laparoscopy, Hysterectomy, D&C;, etc.).
Emergency Care: Handle obstetric and gynaecological emergencies during designated duty hours.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: MBBS with MS / MD / DNB / DGO in Obstetrics &
Gynaecology.
Experience:



3 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience (Freshers with valid post-graduation degree/diploma are welcome).
Technical Skills:
Basic to intermediate hands-on ultrasound scanning skills in OB-GYN.
Proficiency in handling labour room procedures and managing deliveries.
Registration: Valid Medical Council Registration (State Council or NMC).
Soft Skills: Strong patient communication skills, compassionate bedside manner, and ability to work efficiently in emergency settings.
