Role & responsibilities
Conduct physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
Perform routine quality inspections and testing as per SOPs.
Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and sample retention records.
Ensure calibration and proper handling of laboratory instruments.
Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and support corrective actions.
Monitor manufacturing processes and provide quality-related feedback.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and safety requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain laboratory housekeeping and 5S standards.
Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Supply Chain teams on quality issues.
Preferred candidate profile To perform quality control testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
