A well-established and popular sweets, snacks & casual-dining brand is opening a current outlet at DLF Phase 1, Gurugram, and we are looking to hire an experienced Captain to join the team.

Location: DLF Phase 1, Gurugram

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Position: Captain

Experience: 1–3 years in restaurant / casual dining operations

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead and coordinate the service team during shifts.
Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
Ensure high standards of guest service, food presentation and hygiene.
Handle guest queries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for productive operations.
Assist in maintaining inventory, billing and daily operational records.
Train and guide team members on service standards and procedures.

Candidates with experience in reputed restaurants, QSRs or casual-dining establishments are preferred. Interested candidates can share their CV for consideration.
