Responsibilities :

New Client Acquisition & Market Expansion
Entry into new units/departments and generation of concrete leads from the current customer/s.
Recent client acquisition.
Conversion of leads/enquiries and bids into orders.

Strategic Partnerships
Strategic Alliances with OEM/partners.
Value of Partnerships on revenue

Pipeline Management
Sales Pipeline Value & Pipeline Conversion.

Image Building and Customer Satisfaction
Image building of the firm with positive and regular interaction with the clients over telephone and physical visits.
Ensuring customer satisfaction with timely addressal of enquiries, issues(past & present), etc.

Implementation of SOP’s:
Making the SOP’s for each department (BD & SP) and strict implementation of the same
SOP’s to cover day-to-day processes and all activity from lead generation, mail/phone enquiry allocation, prioritization, approval, follow-up,



escalation & reporting formats.
Creation of centralized client contact list, internal vendor database and itemized database with a clear SOP for the team for continuous updating and improvisation of the database
Ensure all filing in hard and soft copy with standardized nomenclature and locations for all ongoing case and leads
Ensuring the SOP’s facilitate clear communication and reporting of all the team members and self to next higher authority

MIS Reporting
Making of Reporting Format and strict implementation with daily activity log and progress update, prioritization level, etc. of each case
Weekly review of the Reporting Sheet with the concerned MD with explicit recording of further course of actions
Implementation and ensuring the necessary action from the last review and recording of the same in the daily & weekly reports

Cost Efficiency
Business Development Cost-to-Revenue Ratio
Returns (ROI) realized from business development initiatives

Team Performance and Development
Achievement of targets by the business development team.
Training and Development of BD & SP team.
