General Manager – Franchise Expansion

Role:

Lead Frankfinn’s franchise expansion across India by identifying current markets, acquiring franchise partners, driving revenue, and managing the complete franchise lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute franchise expansion strategy across India.
Identify markets, generate franchise leads and onboard partners.
Lead franchise sales, negotiations and commercial closures.
Build strategic relationships with investors and business groups.
Manage franchise pipeline, revenue targets and expansion KPIs.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams for centre launches.




Maintain robust relationships with franchise partners.
Lead and report franchise expansion activities to senior management.

Requirements:
15–25 years of relevant experience with 5–8 years in leadership.
Robust experience in Franchise Development/Expansion is essential.
Experience in Education, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality or Services preferred.
Strong business development, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
MBA in Marketing/Business Development/Strategy preferred.
Extensive travel across India required.

Pay: Up to ₹4,500,000.00 per year
