Key Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and oversee mechanical tests, including tensile, bend, impact, hardness testing.
Training to perform mechanical testing on composites
Analyze test data, prepare detailed reports as per client requirement.
Stay be familiar with international standards for testing ex. ASTM A370, E23 etc.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure tests are completed within designated timelines.
Continuously update knowledge on different grades of metals and materials used in the manufacturing process.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing procedures and product quality.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience in a quality/testing role within the mechanical engineering industry.
Robust knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and materials science,



with a particular focus on different grades of metals.
Proven experience in designing and conducting mechanical tests and analyzing data.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering and product testing.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
Highly motivated with a proven track record of completing projects on time.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
