We’re looking for Head Editors to lead an editing team and oversee post-production for our AI microdrama project.
Responsibilities:
Lead the editing team and manage workflows across multiple episodes.
Plan schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines.
Review episode cuts and provide transparent, actionable feedback to editors.
Maintain consistency in storytelling, pacing, continuity, sound, and overall quality.
Coordinate with the creative team and oversee revisions through final delivery.
You should have strong storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to guide a team under pressure. Previous experience in long-form content and microdramas is a plus. Interested? DM your CV, portfolio/showreel, and availability.
