MailerMen is looking for a Generative AI / LLM Engineer to join our growing Gurugram engineering group. You will develop AI-powered product features using large language models, covering prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, AI workflows and API integrations. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Gurugram office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Department: Engineering - Generative AI Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
Maintain prompt libraries and evaluation datasets.
Work with frontend and backend teams to ship AI features.




Implement guardrails and secure-output handling for AI features.
Design prompts and evaluation workflows for reliable AI outputs.
Evaluate model quality, latency, cost and reliability.
Create AI agents and workflow automations where appropriate.
Develop LLM-powered features for web and business applications.
Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, IT or related field preferred.
Good to have: Azure OpenAI, Pinecone, Vector Databases, Weaviate, LlamaIndex, Guardrails
