Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for skilled YouTube thumbnail design, photo manipulation, compositing, and visual enhancement.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for skilled long-form YouTube video editing.
Ability to create high-CTR, visually compelling YouTube thumbnails aligned with audience psychology, branding, and content themes.
Experience editing 15–30+ minute YouTube videos with robust pacing, visual flow, and audience-retention awareness.
Ability to professionally work with and enhance AI-generated images, video clips, and other creative assets.
Strong skills in photo manipulation, image compositing, retouching, and creative visual effects.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics, text animation, transitions, and visual effects.




Ability to accurately synchronize voice-over, visuals, background music, sound effects, and on-screen elements.
Understanding of YouTube-focused editing principles, including viewer retention, visual storytelling, pacing, thumbnail consistency, and content presentation.
Ability to maintain consistent visual quality and brand style across multiple videos and thumbnails.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
