Job Title: Global Client Service Associate
Location: Vashi (Near Station)
Shift: Monthly rotational shifts
11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
5:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Role Summary: We are looking for a Global Client Service Associate to manage international B2B clients and deliver seamless customer support.
Responsibilities:
Respond to overseas client queries via phone, email, and chat
Maintain solid client relationships
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
