Lead end-to-end design strategy, standards, and engineering governance.
Oversee multidisciplinary engineering coordination across civil, structural, MEP, ICT, security, and sustainability.
Manage technical engagement with customers, consultants, authorities, utilities, and delivery partners.
Drive design reviews, risk management, value engineering, and budget adherence.
Ensure successful delivery from concept design through commissioning and handover.
Govern technical quality, testing, compliance, and operational readiness.
Drive sustainable and energy-productive design solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.




Establish technical standards, knowledge-sharing frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful

Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
18+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure, including hyperscale or colocation data centers.
Proven experience leading design programs from concept through commissioning.
Robust customer-facing, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred certifications: Uptime ATD/ATS, CDCDP/CDCE, PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent. What's on Offer - Prospect to lead major data centre design projects Pan India.
