Operational Efficiency: Streamlining HR processes to enhance operational efficiency within the hospital.
Preferred candidate profile
Previous experience in hospital is mandatory.
Proficiency in operations management, team building, HR policies, and healthcare information technology (HIT).
A Master's Degree focused in Human Resources or a related field, such as BA IRPM, LLB, or PGDIRPM from a reputable institution.
