Function / Department: Gold Loan

Job Purpose To ensure branch audits are conducted within the defined TAT and quality standards, with proper verification of gold collateral, security measures, stock and audit compliances.

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct gold loan collateral valuation using standard methods.
Perform all required checks to verify the purity and quality of gold collateral.
Ensure branch audits are completed within defined TAT and quality standards.
Conduct systematic monthly checks to verify gold stock held at branches.
Verify previous audit reports and ensure compliance with identified observations.
Conduct security checks during audits, including verification of burglary alarms, CCTV, weighing balances and other security measures.
Be willing to travel to other states/locations for audits and related activities.
Conduct training sessions for branch staff on gold loan valuation and related processes.
