Qualification

~Masters degree; leadership/education qualification preferred

~Mandatory : IB school Experience and working as Principal / Head of School is a must

Ideal Candidate Profile
Solid track record in IB schools, preferably as Principal, Head of School, Vice Principal, or equivalent.
Deep understanding of IB philosophy, learner profile, inquiry-based learning, and assessment.
Solid leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and team-building skills.
Experience managing a diverse, international school community.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the school's strategic plan in alignment with the IB mission, philosophy, and values.
Establish clear academic and organizational goals and monitor progress against them.
Oversee the effective implementation of the IB PYP, MYP, and DP curricula,



ensuring alignment with IB standards and practices.
Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-quality faculty and staff who demonstrate strong alignment with the IB ethos.
Build a culture of skilled excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Facilitate ongoing professional development, including IB workshops, training programs, conferences, and other learning opportunities.
Embed the IB Learner Profile attributes into the school's academic and co-curricular environment.
Oversee the school's day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
Manage budgets, resources, facilities, infrastructure, and other operational requirements effectively.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, school policies, and IB standards.
