Performance Marketer — Meta AdsSalary: 35k–50k/month + performace incentives

We’re looking for a confident Performance Marketer to grow our D2C brand through Meta ads. This is a fun, hands-on prospect to test creative ideas, work with a collaborative team, and see the direct impact of your campaigns.

What you’ll do
Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
Manage budgets, audiences, retargeting, and campaign performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to test ads, messaging, and formats.
Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue, then share explicit recommendations.
Required experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads for D2C brands.
A robust understanding of the D2C business model, customer journey, acquisition, retention, and unit economics.
A track record of improving campaign performance.
Skills
Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution.
Data analysis and confident, data-backed decision-making.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Charismatic communication and a team-player mindset.
