Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with management, follow up with candidates, and coordinate with external consultants when necessary. Onboarding & Pipeline: Facilitate smooth onboarding for recent hires and build a strong talent pipeline for future roles. Tracking & Compliance: Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and enforce company hiring policies.
Requirements Education: Graduation in BBA / MBA.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in recruitment.
Key Skills: Solid communication, expertise in candidate sourcing techniques, and multi-tasking capabilities.
Schedule: Mon–Sat: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
