Develop a robust understanding of HR solutions across HR Advisory, research surveys & analytics, HR consulting, Learning &
Organizational Development, Assessments, Wellbeing, Bots.AI, Executive Search.
Research and identify prospective organisations, HR leaders, CHROs, L&D; heads, and decision-makers.
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, people practices, and competitor offerings.
Outbound

Outreach &
Lead Qualification

Initiate outbound communication through Calls (cold and warm outreach) o Personalised emails and follow-ups o LinkedIn outreach and engagement o WhatsApp communication where appropriate
Clearly communicate HR Anexi’s value proposition tailored to client challenges.
Qualify leads based on need, fit, interest, and decision-making authority.
Meeting Setup &
Coordination
Schedule virtual or in-person meetings between prospective clients and the business/sales team.
Share meeting context, client background, and expectations internally.
Ensure skilled communication, calendar invites,



and confirmations.
Post-Meeting Follow-ups &
Nurturing
Support post-meeting follow-ups through emails, proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams for customised decks, proposals, and solution outlines.
Maintain regular communication with prospects to move them through the pipeline.
Track next steps and follow-up timelines diligently.
CRM &
Sales Tracking
Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Ensure data hygiene and timely updates for pipeline visibility and reporting.
Support sales reviews with insights on lead status and conversion progress.
Targets &
Performance
Achieve defined monthly and quarterly KPIs including:

o Number of qualified meetings scheduled o Outreach volumes (calls, emails, LinkedIn activity) o Lead-to-meeting conversion ratios
Work closely with leadership to improve outreach effectiveness and messaging.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
