Part time HR Recruiter – Fresher (Work from Office)

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

Employment Type: Part-Time

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Work Schedule: 3 days a week, 3–4 hours per day

Job Responsibilities:
Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR calls/interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable command of spoken and written English.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
