Experience : 2 to 5 Years.
Salary : 18000 to 25000 per month.
Job Timing : 10 AM to 7 PM
Facility : Have PF & ESIC.
Hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-up, offer and joining closures
Sourcing & Screening. : Understand hiring requirements from Hiring Managers.
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews, coordinate with interviewers.
Manage offer rollout, background verification and joining formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Should be any graduate.
Excellent communication in Hindi & English.
Robust negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals.
