Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: NOIDA, SECTOR - 15A

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding current employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, etc.
Maintain candidate databases and track applications.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.




Assist in onboarding and orientation of recent employees.
Maintain recruitment reports and documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
min 2 years of experience in recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:
Residing nearby Noida or comfortable commuting to the location.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
