Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Shift In-Charge Operations to manage plant operations, shift manpower, equipment performance, and coordination with maintenance and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.
Handle and deploy shift manpower as per operational requirements.
Monitor plant activities and achieve daily operational targets.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety,



and other departments .
Monitor equipment performance and support breakdown/maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and housekeeping standards .
Prepare shift reports and ensure proper shift handover.
Supervise operators, technicians, and contract manpower.

Requirements
6+ years of experience in plant/industrial operations.
Robust experience in end-to-end plant operations .
Positive knowledge of maintenance and breakdown coordination .
Experience in manpower handling and shift management .
Candidates from Metal, Steel, Mining, Heavy Machinery Manufacturing, Construction, or Engineering industries preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and relocate to Visakhapatnam.
