Welspun GCC is hiring HR Trainees for its HR Shared Services team. This is a excellent opportunity to work with one of India's leading Global Capability Centers and gain exposure to global HR processes, best practices, and a professional shared services environment.

Role & Responsibilities

HR Operations Trainee
Handling HR operations activities
Managing Employee Self-Service (ESS) functions
Invoice management and related coordination
Maintaining HR records and documentation

Offboarding Trainee
Managing employee exit formalities
Coordinating end-to-end offboarding activities
Ensuring accurate documentation and process compliance





Preferred Candidate Profile
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR functions
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Solid coordination and organizational abilities
Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR Shared Services

Compensation
CTC: 2.18 LPA
In-hand Salary: Approx. 18,000 per month
Salary revision upon confirmation after one year (based on performance)
