HR / Personnel Consultant (Part time)

Engagement: Part time / On-Call Consulting

Role Purpose

Support HR and people-integration activities across Hi-Tech and its group companies, visiting locations on an on-call basis to guide workforce integration and harmonize HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR/personnel matters and resolve employee grievances and integration issues.
Conduct manpower assessment, skill mapping and competency gap analysis.
Identify training needs and recommend development interventions.
Review org structure, manpower deployment and recommend optimization/redeployment.
Rationalize compensation structures and implement the current labour code.




Align designations, grades, roles and reporting structures.
Harmonize HR policies and update the Employee Handbook.
Support change management and employee communication during integration.
Advise Management on sensitive personnel matters during merger/post-merger integration.

Desired Profile Senior HR professional (retired/consultant) with experience in manufacturing, M&A;, organizational restructuring, employee relations and compensation rationalization. Multi-location, engineering/manufacturing background preferred.
