nPurpose of the Role

nThe role is mainly about helping customers with their questions, problems, and requests

nthrough different communication channels. The focus is on understanding the customer's

nneeds and providing quick, accurate, and excellent service.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n• Handle customer queries and provide the right solutions.

n• Communicate with customers through calls, emails, chat, and other digital channels.

n• Provide a personalized and positive customer experience.

n• Resolve customer issues efficiently and within the required timelines.

n• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other internal teams to

nresolve customer requests.

n• Ensure customer transactions and requests are completed accurately and on time.

n• Follow all banking regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies.





n• Identify areas where existing digital tools or technology may not fully support customer

nneeds and help improve the process.

n• Support other business functions such as Risk Management, Compliance, and

nCollections when required.

nKey Requirements

n• Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.

n• Excellent communication skills – No compromise.

n• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service / customer support.

n• Robust ability to handle inbound calls on a daily basis.

n• Comfortable working in high-pressure and stressful environments.

n• Willingness to work in adaptable shifts, including rotational shifts.

n• Robust adaptability and learning mindset.
